Birdhouse Gourd!

Todays project...poking a hole in what I believe is called a caveman club gourd...taking the debris out...putting some grass in for a nest headstart...then hanging in a tree.  Now all we need is a bird that is ready to move in!

Great deal on quality rain boots

We've seen trashed in one season many a pair of rain boots over the years.  It seems no amount of duct tape really fixes those cracks that develop because of becoming brittle over time and frequent use.  Also...stiff boots can rub your feet and shins raw.  Our family has found bogs to be very durable and comfortable rain boots.  Yes...they cost more...but they are worth it.  Especially if you have anyone you.can pass them onto when they're grown out of.  Right now rei has a.sweet deal on them.  Its for girls...but i bet some are more unisex.  Here's a link...

The children have been collecting lady bugs all morning.  There must be 30 in here!

Said at preschool...

A child handed me a dandelion flower.  I said "should i put this in my hair?"  Another child overheard and exclaimed "You don't have any hair!  Stick it in your ear!"

Aren't the preschool eggs beautiful!  After collection the.children took care to color coordinate them.
